Every Sunday service is made possible by our amazing team of service volunteers! From set-up to tear-down and everything that happens in between, our volunteers play a vital role in making Sundays run smoothly, cultivating a sense of community on campus, and ministering to Jesus.
With more than 10 unique volunteer teams, we offer plenty of options for you to get involved on a Sunday.
Manage our bookstore kiosk before and after services, helping people find spiritual books and cool All Peoples merch.
Serve coffee and refreshments before and after services. Hospitality is a fun, highly social and interactive position.
Bring people into our community by connecting them to relevant ministries and resources at our Connect Center. Help first-timers get plugged in and personalize people's church experience. Serving on the connect team is an easy way to disciple people through their next steps in our community.
Prepare and polish our campus for people to encounter Jesus and have a seamless worship experience.
Welcome people to church and let them know they are loved! The greeting team is the official first impression for everyone coming to All Peoples on a Sunday morning.
Direct traffic in our parking lots to ensure smooth and safe arrival to and departure from church.
Use your artistic skills to capture our services and events for church communications and social media.
Operate the lights, cameras, computers and audio that make Sunday worship services possible.
Create and maintain a safe atmosphere for our members and guests.
Greet our guests, help them to their seats and get them where they need to go.
Lead others in praise and worship through singing and instrumentation. Worship volunteers must audition before being scheduled to serve.
Kids ministry
Our Kids volunteers are dedicated to discipling the youngest (and cutest) members of God's kingdom. Our prayer is that the children entrusted to us in our Kids Ministry would grow to love God wholeheartedly and follow Him all the days of their lives.
Kids Ministry takes place during our 8:30, 10:00 and 11:30 AM Sunday services. Volunteers are placed in various age-specific classrooms for babies – 5th graders.
food distribution ministry
We want to see lives transformed and needs met within our local San Diego community. Food Distribution Ministry is one of the many ways All Peoples Church lives out our call to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, supplying practical provision to local families in need.
The Food Distribution Ministry takes place at church on the third Saturday of each month. Volunteers help with distribution, administration and prayer ministry throughout each FDM event.
homeless outreach
On the first Saturday of every month, our Homeless Outreach group heads to Balboa Park to serve a meal to the homeless community. Volunteers provide a place for people experiencing homelessness to encounter the Spirit of God through fellowship, prayer ministry and acts of kindness.
