1) Click here to Log In to Vanco:
If you have forgotten the email address you created your account with or the password to your account please click “forgot email address or password” link. Follow the instructions to regain access to your account.

2) Once logged in,
the “Summary” tab will show any scheduled gifts. In the “Action” Column simply click delete.
3) Confirm your request to delete the transaction.
4) Make sure the transaction was deleted successfully before logging out.
