Lead Pastor Robert Herber
Robert spends his time discipling men, casting vision and preaching and teaching at All Peoples as well as leading the All Peoples Training School.
Robert’s life was turned upside down in his college years when he encountered an ordinary college student who absolutely shined with the love of Jesus. After asking how he could have that same kind of life and learning it came from a day by day intimate friendship with God he has never been the same. Robert’s passion is to be a friend of Jesus and teach others to do the same.
Robert was on the church planting team that launched Antioch Community Church in Waco, TX in 1999. He served as both College Pastor and eventually U.S. Church planting director for the Antioch Movement. After almost ten years of college ministry, Robert sensed the Spirit’s leading to plant a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church in San Diego. In the spring of 2008 He and Stef led the team that launched All Peoples Church.
He and his wife Stefanie have four children thus Robert is a great diaper changer, piggy-back-ride giver, and bed time story teller. In his free time he loves to hike, surf, fish, and play sports.
Jonathan Lair – Associate Pastor and Suzanne Lair – Children’s Pastor
Jonathan enjoys working outside, figuring out how things work, and eating good burritos.
Suzanne leads and directs the children’s ministry at All Peoples. She has a gift for nurturing little ones and loves to teach kids in how they can know Jesus and experience His presence. She is married to Jonathan and is the mom to 2 precious little girls.
Suzanne enjoys reading, getting deals at the grocery store, and going to the beach.
Kendall Laughlin – Associate Pastor
His wife Shelly works in public health at a hospital in San Diego, and in their free time Kendall and Shelly love to do anything outside.
Joel Sanders – College Pastor
In his free time Joel likes to go surfing with friends, play sports, paint, and hang out with the guys in his house
Amy Barnard – Urban Outreach
She is passionate about Latin American culture.
Cameron Johnson – Youth Intern
He is currently attending All Peoples Training School and facilitates the church’s ‘Overflow’ ministry for ages 7-12. Cam also leads the All Peoples Youth Group. He enjoys spending time at local schools, getting to know kids and their families, and playing sports in San Diego.
