TRIP VISION
To take the love of Jesus to our neighbors in Tijuana, Mexico.

WHAT WE’LL BE DOING
Our trip to Mexico has three basic components:

  • Community Worship Gatherings: the mornings of our trip feel very much like a church retreat, as we gather together for worship, exciting teaching, and fun times of fellowship with one another.
  • Practical Service: in the afternoons we will visit different orphanages and serve in the city to practically share God’s love with those in need.
  • Taking the love of Jesus to the streets: each evening we will visit different locations around the city where we will provide dramas, dances, and music that communication the Gospel as we pray for the sick, and share Jesus with the Mexican people.

ACCOMMODATIONS & TRANSPORTATION

  • LODGING: We will be staying at the modern and clean Hotel Real del Rio. Located less than five miles from the border, the hotel is the #1 Ranked hotel in Tijuana by Tripadvisor.
  • TRANSPORT:Chartered buses will take us from San Diego tour hotel in Tijuana and will accompany us throughout our journey.
  • FOOD:All meals will be provided by trusted volunteers. Food is purchased at safe, American branded grocery stores

SAFETY INFORMATION

  • We have a Big God who loves to take care of us!
  • The APC Leadership monitors the safety situation in TJ daily.
  • We work with the largest church in Tijuana, Grupo Unidad. Grupo Unidad has connections with the government and law enforcement to secure our safety and frequently hosts large groups of Americans in Tijuana.
  • Our hotel maintains a 24/7 security staff.
  • In order to insure that our outreaches are fun and impacting for everyone, we hire guards to accompany us throughout the city.
  • We are aware of and avoid high risk areas of the city.

COST OF THE TRIP
The cost of the trip is $200.
